Each driver I try does show the tablet as connected in device manager as either "Android Composite ADB Interface" or "Android ADB Interface" If I plug the tablet in to my Android Composite Adb Interface Either MTP or PTP works for me. In device manager I have Nexus 7 under Portable Devices and Android Composite ADB Interface under Android Device.
