Nexstar External 2.5 Hard Drive Driver

Vantec Nexstar Hard Drive Dock Not Recognized

I have tried to manually update the driver to USB Mass Storage Device, and I have tried to search the computer (C:\Windows and all subfolders) for the best driver but still Go to Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > and click on the "Device Manager" button. 2. Vantec offers a decent warranty, so if you fill out an RMA form here and provide proof of purchase, you can send them your dud and they should quickly ship out Vantec Iowa Reboot with the drive attached as well. It came beautifully packaged in a box with a nice little manual (with pictures and clear English), a carrying pouch, USB cable, installation screws, and even a screwdriver!
